ANyways, I am looking for a COM port, not one that comes integrated on the motherboard, but one that drops in a PCI slot. Now it doesnt actually go into a slot like an actual card, but you just drop it in and tighten with screw. What is this? I need one. I hope someone knows what im asking?

I think you're looking for a DB9 mounting bracket, and an internal serial port cable (DB9M to IDC10 most likely).
