Can't help you on your meme but I did coin a word this week that I'd like to spread to the winds - Climatotoxin.

Climatotoxin - A substance, which when released into the atmosphere, causes undesirable changes to the climate of a planet.

Edit: If any ya'll in grad school, please work climatotoxin into your next abstract. Nothing could please me more than to find climatotoxin come up in a jstor hit.

Those are pretty specific to AT though. When I think "meme" I think of something more universal. When my friend walks up and says "the funniest thing just happened", he's not going to get it when I call "old's law" for how unfunny his stupid fucking story was. These are all inside jokes, not really memes.
