I can't believe with today's technological advancements, the best we could do for self-haircutting is the Flowbee... or a BIC.

lmao

I get that way too, but I go anyway. Getting a little thin on the top these days so I gotta keep my head almost completely shaved.

BIC as in shave your head bald?

Edit: Well the same thing could be said about shaving. Either let it go or keep shaving.

its a conspiracy by the "stylists" at cost cutters and supercuts to keep advancements like those from coming to the marketplace....thats why you just shave your head....makes the tinfoil work better anyways :D

I hate hair, such a huge waste of time to style it and care for it... best to just shave your head and get on with more important things in life

1) Buy clippers.

2) Cut your own damn hair.

3) ???????

4) Profit.

I paid to get a nice haircut for my wedding in 1997 and that's probably the only haircut I've received in 10 years. Takes me all of 10 min to cut my hair.

I always cut my hair really short so I don't have to comb it  Also lately I've been too lazy to shave, so I have kind of a beard thing going too, but I haven't had to groom in like weeks, so it's all good.

Is it styled or is it a simple crewcut of some sort ? I could probably get good at doing my own buzzing (#2 clip) all around, but it's the layering that is impossible to do myself.

Pretty much a crewcut since longer hair = insulation = overheating on bike.

I basically chop it all to one length, then switch to the next-shortest guard and trim the sides and back. Last bit is to take the guard off and trim sideburns, back of neck and hairline. 10 minutes and it looks fine.

I used to shave my head (see pic) all the time, I also has my hair fairly long up until a week ago. I finally got a decent haircut and many people have given me compliments (I got the gelled-messy look goin now).

I have unbelievably thick hair, so it has to be really short or it just looks stupid.

Do what I did. Marry a woman who used to work in a hair salon. Though, it was a bit difficult at first because she wasn't used to working with a white guy's hair. Fortunately, corn rows have never come up as an option. :D

I bike alot too and dont really find hair to be a problem as far as overheating goes. It was better to swim with a shaved though than long hair.

I live in GA (read: hot as hell in the summer) and I race. Every little bit of extra cooling helps.
