Yes, as in real toilet training. They are on day 7 of 21 and doing good so far. the basic premise is to move their litter box upto the height of the toilet over a period of about 10 days, then get them used to using a toilet seat for balancing. I hope this works...no more litter!!!

Please let us know how that works out. If you can do it it's really a damn cool thing. They can't flush of course but no more scooping, no costly litter. Very cool. I wish our cats could do it!

Certainly you've seen Meet the Parents...even without opposable thumbs apparently cats can flush. :D

that isnt my photo, although I hope to create a little minipage about my cats when its all over...I have pretty high hopes after reading some testimonials. they are pretty young too, 1 and 2, although I've read it can work even with cats older than 10.

Hmm, will they try to dig the first couple times and fall in? :D

and if it just sits there until a human comes by and flushes - doesn't it stink?

Whoever that girl is in your pics I wanna pet her kitty.

Amazing the quality of people here sometimes.
Quite unfortunately you wouldn't know what quality is dirtbag.

Do you talk to people like this in real life?
To you I would yes. Take your "quality" comment and shove it where the sun don't shine.
Would you make that same "quality" comment to me in real life?
Take a look in the mirror before passing judgements on others. It will make you look like less of a jackass.

I don't think he deals with humans much.
Wow, that was so clever especially after what I said before.
Now you and your boyfriend bing can go make kissy face.

don't get me wrong, but your the one calling people jackasses, practice what you preach?

aside from the thread hijack, keep us updated, that would be pretty cool if you can actually get your cats to do it :)

I'm laughing. Really laughing. Because that's so insanely juvenile, and so cliché.
