I think you must consult with a good doctor and according to the docter's advise you must carry on..try to take banana's with milk in breakfast and add some non-veg food in your diet.this will help you surely.
 
what is your age, also might want to see a doctor, stay away from aerobics, eat often. One thing that helped me is drinking a weightgainer shake in the middle of the night
