I'm thinking of getting a Select Comfort bed (anyone have one?)

Will I be happy? Are they cheaply made? I am about ready to take the plunge, please reply with comments.

I bought a Sterns and Foster 2 years ago for $2000 and it now has impressions. I'm not sure if they an inch deep yet, so I don't know if I can get warranty on it. I am 6' 2" tall and weight 280. My poor significant other weighs about 110, so she has to sleep in the ditch I created. We both get a pretty misarble nights sleep, so I want to try the Select Comfort. I know Nautilas is similar, but they charge $200 shipping. The Select Comfort bed I priced is the 5000 series queen pillowtop for $1500 shipped. I may try it just to see. They have 30 night trial thing. I guess I will think it over for a couple more days...

I know that a lot of people swear by the tempurpedic (foam) beds. I'm wondering if the tempurpedic and these "air bladder" beds really are that great or just a lot of hype?

I priced a mid level Select Comfort Queen sized bed for $1,995 at my local mall. Ouch! For that price I could buy 5 of these very comfortable mattress beds (priced at $340 with coupon).

Well, there is enough bad reviews to make me consider trying to have some one look at our current bed to determin if it should be replaced. I hate to spend another $1500 and not be happy. I did notice that the Select Comfort looks like cheap stuff put together. We looked at them in a Mall and a couple looked worn out. I asked how often they were replaced and they said every month. Oh well...
