I was looking to upgrade my V3. I'm looking for some sort of video input for image capture at the least, or maybe even short video caps.(off my dads analog camcorder w/composite outputs).

Sifting thru the forum search results, newsgroups, websites, reviews, I've managed to give myself a headache. What are yall's suggestions? I've been checking out various ATI cards and the Asus Deluxe 32mb GTS.

I play alot of CS, and maybe TF2 if it ever shows up.

V3 3k
Asus P2B-F
Celeron 400 (upgrading to P3 800 soon I hope)
IBM 75gxp 30gig

ATI Radeon VIVO or All-in-Wonder Radeon.

I upgraded from a V3 and I almost cried when I ran my fave games on the Radeon. The color and visual quality is very nice. You won't be dissappointed. Video editing is also well implemented with this card and I haven't heard many complaints at all with it. Probably the only real way to decide which card is best for you is to try both and see which one is better. I didn't try this, however, because the Radeon was such a vast improvement over my V3 that I was sold instantly.

As for TF2, the Radeon 4 and Geforce 5 will be out by the time that game is released.
