I'm thinking about moving my Windows Home Server next to my tv

Right now I have it under my desk next to my other tv. I was thinking about sticking it behind my tv stand and connecting it to my tv via vga. This was I could still get my backups on all my pcs and be able to stream even more stuff than my 360 can handle. Could idea or not? And this isn't an P WHS, it is my old desktop(P4 3.0 1 gig ram).
