I'm thinking about getting an Acura TSX (used)

It's the color I want (black) and 6 speed manual, about 30K miles on it.
How good is the $21,500 price that they're asking?
KBB says $22k, Edmund's says $21k so it's right down the middle.
Can I do better?

Ideally, I want a G35C, but the resale value on those are insanely high.
No one wants to get rid of it and everyone wants one.

Good price.
That would be exactly how I would like my TSX as well (blk, manual).

Their site says $27k so I'm guessing it shouldn't be too hard to get it new

To the OP, I'd go for a new one

I see TSX's being advertised at invoice for a little bit above $24K. (Non-Navi model) That used one is $3K more. Seems to me like a simple decision which one I'd get. At 30K miles, the factory warranty isn't in effect a whole lot longer. Course, the price you'd actually get it at varies from dealer to dealer. $3K for peace of mind and a brand new car is well worth it.

I haven't priced out a new one with a dealer yet, but Edmund's TMV gives me $26k for my area ($24k invoice, $27k MSRP).

If I could get a new one for near $24K, that would be a no-brainer.

Call/email and ask. Even at $25K it's still a good deal. The TSX can't be that hot of a car anymore. If something were to happen to my 04 Accord I'd snatch one of those up at invoice without a second thought.

It's not if it's selling below MSRP, unlike the G35c which has TMV = MSRP for even the old 2004 model.

Dealers usually take it off so people won't steal it. Same with the cigarette lighter

Never seen that on a dealer lot; only at the auto show:confused:
