I'm terribly jet lagged =/

Spent the past 17 days in a time zone 14 hours ahead of us, and adjusted over there pretty well.

And since I've been back last night I slept from about 5a.m. to 2p.m., and then I thought I was near adjusted when I fell asleeep at a "normal" 2a.m. but now it's 6a.m. and I can't sleep at all.

How long before I can get back to a normal cycle?

How many threads are you going to make? Enough of being an attention whore. Lets hear something newsworthy.

Best thing to do is try to force yourself back on a normal schedule. Stay up when you normally would and get yourself back into your old routine. It will be rough for a couple days but then you will adjust.

Good thing jet lag doesn't get to me anymore.

A tip: force yourself to wake up at a fixed time every morning (like 7am or whatever rocks your boat), doesn't matter how little or how much you've slept... this helps many people get back in sync with their timezone.
