You do know you still tan even through a sunscreen. Its not worth the risk of skin cancer for a good tan.. you can get that out of a bottle!

If your sunburn stings, a baking soda solution will reduce the pain. Oh yeah... SPF 3 won't do squat for you. SPF 15 - 30 will.

That's why i use a tanning bed (well, really a stand up tanning place... beds take too long, and i don't like lying down while doing it). Plus, this way i get an even tan everywhere. Kind of looks dumb when you're having fun with a girl, then take off your pants and you have a huge white area on your ass and thighs.

And i'm going golfing again today, so I should be nice and crispy by the end of the day. I'll be using the SPF 4 to keep things from getting out of hand. 🙂
