Dear ATOT members,

A few months ago, I found it to be funny to over quote someone in a thred and got a 2 week vacation from it. I was willing to serve it, but I could not keep away, I made other accounts, and kept posting, an offense that got me permantely banned. I was able to keep away for a long time, and recently asked the mods for a second chance, I was given just that, and I want to start off by saying im Sorry. I used to see all the time the people that would post useless stuff on here, and used ot hate it, only to soon be doing it. I know what I did was wrong, and i thank the mods for giving me a second chance, I hope you guys can forgive me, even though Im sure none of you remember who I am. I hope i can make a difference, and contribute to these forums. Peace be with you

Huh? You think there is some sort of shame in being banned? Get real. 😀 It's just part of having fun in OT. Sometimes you get banned for absolutely nothing by the anal retentive mod and other times you get away with murder because the Tolerant Mod is on duty. Getting caught with multiple accounts is kinda frowned on by all the mods, though. 😉

Chalk it up to experience, get up off your knees, dust yourself off and quit appologizing. You didn't hurt anyone here. :beer:

Overquoting, like when you contibute to the huge nesting of responses?

It's hard to believe anyone would be banned for that, but then again this is AT. :roll: You'd think a site this size could instead push for some positive code changes, like the automatic removal of quote nesting past, say, 2 responses...

I know I've had a few myself in my few years of posting here.... it's amazing what prostrating yourself before the mods can do🙂
