If thats the case then in 9 months I can build another comp, but lets get real here most of the time games are GPU bound over CPU bound. I am already making a jump from AGP to PCI-E so right there I am making a big boost in performance.

I didn't realize you'd be able to build or upgrade again in 9 months (most can't). If that's how you roll, then 939 makes more sense.
