supposed to be working (computer help desk for students), but look what I'm doing

We had a few pretty stupid callers this morning.. one girl lost a chunk of her paper because her "computer's powerbar got unplugged". Someone else came in with a laptop with video driver that needed to be reinstalled and wondered if water spilling on the keyboard could've caused the driver error.
