I dropped my g/f off at college yesterday. It's going to be the last time I am going to see her for two weeks:( Man, I miss her so much already. I went to the mall todayand couldn't stop thinking about her. I almost cried like a sissy boy. To make matters worse, right after I left the house... my g/f called me. Dammit, I missed the call!!!!:| Tonight, she going on a cruise with her entire freshamn class (it's a small school)...I swear, if I find out a guy is making a pass at her during that cruise...I will tear that guy's head off! <----shows my desperation. I miss her and it has only been 22 hours since I last seen her:( I want a hug from her:(

You sound clingy and insecure. You better get a grip Bubba (figurtively and literally)

It doesn't matter if a guy makes a pass at your girlfriend. What matters is if she is receptive to it.

Trust me - everything will be fine. If you know her as well as you say you do, then it'll be okay because you two can trust each other.

Don't worry, you always miss someone first couple days they are gone then you are sorta used to it and they call you every now and then so its all good. Just be patient and it'll be all the better when she comes and (probably) leaves again.

No to be cold, but you sound like my ex-gf talking about her bf, and quite frankly she, and you, just need to relax a bit. Sounds like you have a good relationship so don't fret, I'm sure things will be fine.

ROFLMAO!!! :)

Seriously dude, you can never hold onto someone if they don't want to be held on to. If she's going to flirt with other guys on this trip, there is ZERO you can do about it. If she wants to be true to you, she will, but you can't obsess over it for the next two weeks because it's out of your hands my friend.

But don't worry, be happy! ;) I'm sure she'll come back and give you a great big hug. And then drop you like a ton of bricks. Just kidding!

That's what I was thinking, minus the Bubba bit.

clingy, perhaps, but it's because she is so clingy to me that it led to me clinging to her (that sound right?) Insecure, no. I know she is not going to be receptive. I am just used to having her around me or just close. I know it's gonna take time.

Agreed.

If she'll be true to you, you needn't worry... If she isn't you're better off without her. Either way, cool down and get on with your life... she's not dead or anything.

actually, the odds are against your relationship succeeding. she probably will meet a guy and college and like him more than you and then dump you (or worse, cheat). just being honest with you.

If she is good looking, guys will make passes on her. That doesn't mean she will accept them. If she does, then she isn't trustworthy and you shouldn't be with her in the first place...I feel your pain though, my girl is still in high school, I leave for college 2 weeks from today. She is really worried that I'm gonna find another girl, I know it won't happen, just gotta trust her man.

2 weeks? Sheesh....I could've done 2 weeks standing on my head.

I actually agree with Red Dawn. You sound waaay to clingy and insecure. In order for any kind of long distance relationship to work you'll have to get over that.

Then you can club her and drag her back to your cave.
