I'm about to pass out on my desk..but I'm in a crowded computer lab..and I have class in an hour.

I dont' understand why I'm feeling so crappy...effects from my cold/fever this weekend? I'm not sure...but it sucks!!!! :(

I went to bed at 1...and I woke up at 9 or 10. That's a good 8-9 hours. I just don't get it.

I was nodding off at my desk earlier after lunch but I am fine now. I stayed up too late these past few nights.

Well in that case, you're malnurished. Eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the morning, take any sort of vitamin and drink your juice. Should keep you peppy till 3 pm, after that don't eat heavy foods. It will take up too much of your energy, salad, submarine sandwich would be light and keep you going till dinner time.

How bout exercise? Does your body get enough of it? You body needs to be active to keep itself functioning well.

well..i walk a lot. I'm not really an exercise person..too unmotivated to actually get into a gym and work out. It'd be easier if I had a gym buddy or something though.

I had a big glass of milk this morning before I left for the day. Isn't milk good?

And as for malnurished...maybe...since I haven't really been eating too well b/c of my illness. But I had some soup last night..and I finished 2/3 of a carton of orange juice. Isn't that good also?

for some reason when the room is warm/hot, and I fall asleep somewhere, I wake up with a weird taste in my mouth. this doesn't happen when I'm in bed, though.

Where's the simple carbs and complex Proteins? You're drinkin' the juice and milk, but those are liquids and don't spend as much time in the digestive tract.

You've got to get some whole grain foods, chicken, fish and as I mentioned before Peanut Butter (or regular nuts is a great source of enery) You can can add Special K cereal to the morning meal and a banana. (deter away from coffee) tea is fine however.

Exercise with a pair of headphones with music that gets you rowdy. Walk a bit faster on a treadmill or lift light weights. If you can keep it up for 4-5 months you can drastically increase the appearance your physique and not only that you're body will want more healthy foods to retain the figure and you can have a healthy diet throughout the year.

So you've basically had a bunch of liquid in the last 18 hours? Did you eat any actual food...maybe that is the problem? Anyway, maybe you should try holding your breath or pinching your thigh through the inside of your jeans....that way you will get your adreniline going and stay awake.....or just give in and take a nap right there on the shoulder of the person next to you.

Your blood sugar is probably out of whack. Don't drink orange juice because all it will do is make your blood sugar spike way up, and after it comes back down you'll be hungry, tired, and fat because of the high insulin levels as well.

Oh... yeah, sorry about that. Cold rooms just don't seem to get me "in the mood."

i could use a little fat.. :p

then what should I eat? I don't have much where I live now. I have a bunch of tv dinners...

I think when my family went grocery shopping this weekend..we forgot about actual food..and just bought a bunch of crap that was on sale. Mostly juices and liquids b/c my brother's always complaining that we have nothing to drink in the house. We didn't even realize that I needed to bring back to my place actual solid food. But it's ok...I only have one more day of this to deal with. I go home tomorrow..and i'll make sure to come back with some good healthy food.

You could use a little fat on your body or use a little fat in your diet? It's not hard to find fat to eat....go to any fast food joint and you'll find an abundance of fatty foods. However they will contain a lot of calories as well as protein and carbs, might do you some good.
