I'm so mad!!!!

I have to vent.

I am building a PC for my dad for christmas, (specs below for you geeks out there), and I ordered an Antec SLK3000B case. I got the case from amazon.com. The day it came (tuesday), I was like w00t now I can build the comp, and after about 10 minutes of inspection, I see a crack on the bottom of the plastic front cover. I was pretty angry then, because we had to return it. Thankfully UPS came to the door to pick it up, and then I had to wait for the new one to come. Well at around 8PM today, the new case came. Then I was really excited. I open it up, and whaddya know, THE SAME CRACK IN THE SAME PLACE!!!!! However this WASN'T THE SAME CASE!!!! The first one had a glitch with the cover, it wouldn't go on all the way, this one would, and it was in an entirely new box (not a new amazon box, a new Antec box). but it had the SAME CRACK!!!!! OMG I'M SO MAD!!!! This isn't going to be another trade in. Tommorow I'm going over to CC to pick up a antec P160. If it's broken, it's just a 5 minute drive away. AAAAHHHH SO ANGRY!!!!!!

you= pwned by UPS. funny, the local UPS is actually better than fedex, they'll drop off my stuff at the apartment office instead of bringing it back with them.
 
I'd probably just blame UPS for the crack damage, given that at least one of your packages was beat up. Just contact Antec and RMA a bezel, they should have it too you in a week for no charge. I had the infamous warping on the P180, and they sent me a new front bezel and side panels for free.

yeah i used to work there too. i would never ever EVER use ups.
 
I had 2 RMA WD drives die on me 🙁. They at least sent them back to me promptly but I had to send them to Germany...

I think that the RMA process would take too long, considering that I need to build the comp over this weekend (because of schoolwork etc...)
