I'm so fsking stupid. aka: I lost my commitment ring...

So the GF and I have rings that we both wear, both engraved and both 925 silver. I was working on my bike before bringing it to university so I took off my school ring, and the commitment ring - put them both in my pocket. The school ring is bigger than the other ring... so I put them in my pocket and forget about them until I get to my university. Upon emptying my pockets of cellphone, wallet, etc, I notice I only have my school ring left.

Fusk. I spend the next hour looking outside in the darkness trying to retake all my steps to see where I lost it. Only now it's about 5 hours later and who the hell knows where it could be. Problem is the distance from my home to uni ~ 50 miles. I guess I could buy another one before she notices, but ...

God damn.
