In December of 2005, when said girl (Text) broke my heart and made me mentally messed up, I decided I was tired of all my health issues and being significantly overweight.

So I started going to the gym that month, and I set small goals, , and now, over two years later, I've dropped 70 pounds (I was 270, and lately, I've hovered around 200).

Well, today, for the first time EVER (since before high school), I'm 199. I'm in the 100's club! And I'm so excited!!!

That is seriously awesome man in every way. The way you look now isn't even the best part its what you have done for your overall health and body. How do you feel now after all that weight is gone?

Grats on a long hard road and getting the results you were looking for. When is the book coming out?

Congrats, keep it up. Success is the best revenge.

P.S. We're still not going to increase your daily YAGT limit.

I am =) OK cupid has been wonderful.

Unfortunately, the girl I dated IM'd me about 2 weeks ago to ask me all these questions (why I moved to Boston, etc.) and I ended up being drunk and stupid and said things I shouldn't have. No big deal =)
