I'm so bored of my car and I hate it. What should I do?

My girlfriends parents each own a civic of similar vintage, and the A/C has been as you have described it from day one. Honda just seemed to have mediocre A/C at that point in time.

Get a sub-$1k beater and drive it like you stole it. You never will be bored as not only would you have a stream of stuff to fix, but you will literally be taking your life into your own hands every time you are behind the wheel!

This, My $1k '94 Saturn is a nice rattletrap (that is its official name amongst my friends). I got the thing up to 90 with a friend in the car, it was scarier in that then going 120 in a friend's WRX. Things making all kinds of racket, alarm klaxons going off, eject light comes on... fun times. Not a day goes by that I don't have some crazy fun in my beater car.
