I'm sleeping, but...

what are the dreams about?

I've had dreams for weeks but I can only remember the last three nights (three days ago I would have been able to remember more, the dreams are very vivid).

Three days ago, the dream was about my good friend disappearing. She moved away or something. But it was a nightmare of sorts.

Last night, the dream was about a huge spider crawling up my back, biting me, and me having to go to the hospital.... but before I went to the hospital, I tried to kill the spider so i could bring it with me, but it wouldn't die.

I'm not sleeping at all. Not feeling refreshed in the slightest when I wake up.

Try sipping some warm camomile before you sleep.

Check on your pillow. Perhaps its time to buy a new one. It should be firm to give you enough support at night, or you'll feel restless. At least I know I do.

Funny part is, I've had weak legs and such as well, all of this since I started sleeping on my parents guest bed which is just WAY too soft.

I'm gonna try sleeping on the couch tonight, or even the floor, with a different pillow. What's a better experiment?

Do you exercise? Working out can help you fall asleep. Have you been to a doc to get an annual checkup? You should at least get one of those chem7 (or whatever they are called at your facility) blood tests. Also memory foam mattress FTW. Feel better.
