Heard them for the first time last night. I swear the remake of Imagine is better then the original (even though you can't really compare). Just think APC rocks!!!

that remake is crap. take an upbeat hopeful song, slow it down, drop the pitch, sing it softly with a touch of brooding. can we say "cliche"?

i can see that, i guess. utopia, everyone getting along, everyone has what they need, etc. what communism wants to be.

edit: altho i thinks its more about utopia than any style of government. but i havent researched the song or anything, just listened to it, so what do i know.

dont get me wrong, i like maynard and tool. APC just, i dont know, sounds stale to me.

Agreed.....I personally think Oasis could have done a better cover (unless Noel sings) and that is just plain sad.....

Damn, you people with no ear for talent. Drives me crazy, but everybodies entitled to their opinion. I personally think 13th Step is one of the best albums so far in the 21st century. But hell, I'm just another music lovin critic.
 
The 13 step has been slowly and slowly growing on me more and more... I've also got mer de noms and love every song on that cd... 13th step is getting there...

They're actually working on a new album now. Apparantly. Got the info off of nin.com. But who knows, New Tool Album is turning into an oxymoron.
