I'm sick of Battlefield 2

Under no freaking circumstances should this damn game be stuttering on a rig like mine! Its driving me insane, for no reason at all, all the BIK videos play like they're on a frameskip, the game follows suit. I've tried reinstalling and repatching, its not doing anything. How the hell did this mess manage to get released? It even misses keypresses some times while I'm typing chat messages out!!!! GRRR

Back when I had an 3800+ x2, 2 gb of ram and a 7800gt, it ran like a dream... no studdering. User error?

But Battlefield 2 is fun! Its pissing me off, I know its not my system and that its the game, because everything plays fine on here from HL2: Lost Coast to Call of Duty 2 (yes I have CoD2, yet I enjoy BF2 more). I can't believe glaring problems in a game like this have gone so long unnoticed.

4200+ X2, 2GB of RAM, 7800GT, it is not running like a dream. I'm certain its not a user error, some times it will refuse to start all together, and I have to reinstall the patch (1.12) for it.

4x Anti-Aliasing couldn't have anything to do with it, I run CoD2 with AA and it runs just fine :|
