I'm Shocked, Now I Know.. Not Again

Just opened the F* sunday paper, only to read that a girl I know is dead at the age of 27. I know and train with her husband sometimes. My heart goes out to him. She worked out at my gym everyday, looked to be in excellent shape. Have no idea why, this F* sucks.
Well, she hung herself, that's two people in 2 weeks, both friends of mine. It really S*UCKS. Suicide is not the answer, it's a real tragedy. I don't know what to say, it's bad. I hope we don't have a trend here.

My high school band director died of cancer in his mid 30's. Life just throws things at you, weird.

Sorry to hear this, Moose.

A couple local athletes died during practice over the last two years. I guess their hearts had some kind of flaw. Same thing with a 40 year old brother of a guy I work with. There was a flaw in his heart that was never detected.

Damn shame this always seems to happen to the more decent people...
