Okay so I just bought a cell phone but don't want it anymore. I got a $50 mail-in rebate that's still eligible. All it says on the rebate form is to change the name and address if needed and to make sure the phone is still activated. Does this mean that the customer I sell to can use this rebate? I can't use it because if I sell it and try to turn it in, it won't be activated on my account...
