I'm self conscious about the assymetry of my nose(pic)

(sorry if this story is cheesy) In HS a guy named mitch(I'm using his real name) sold me poisoned Devils lettuce and when I smoked it I sneezed and permanently damaged the inside part where the membrane is. It bled for no lie 4 years and left my right size messed up to this day. Happened like 12 years ago. Anyway is it possible to restore this? I'm ok with the original shape of my nose, but want to restore the right side sometime in the future. This pic only slightly shows the flaw. It's pretty obvious when the cam is 5he right side
