Yeah I admit I have Dark Angel on in the background. All this hype, had to check it out. Alba just threw a healthy white male at least twice her weight into the air and against a wall, stunning him something fierce. How'd she do that?

One more nit pick: it's been 40 minutes into the show and she's changed her hairstyle and clothing only once. What's up wit dat?

I have no idea what the show is about as I'm busy doing other things so forgive me if the answers to my above questions are obvious!!
