I realize that, but if you have a connecting flight and you take a slightly more extreme example, it's still possible.

I did something sorta like that once.
Seems as though I departed Atlanta (Central Time Zone) at something like ~07:55 and arrived in Louisville (Eastern Time Zone) at ~07:50!

I flew back from Shanghai a couple years ago - I watched the sun rise twice one the same monday.

Man, that was a long day.
