The Xbox rocked, the Xbox 360 blows me away right now, XP is one of the best Operating Systems out there, and this Concept looks totally kickass. Assuming they can get their head out of the movie industry asses when it comes to DRM style copy protection, I think they are making good on their promise of integration and creativity with their products.

OS 9, OS X, Linux (Red Hat), FreeBSD, old version of windows (2k/me/98/98swe/95/95 osr2/3.11), DOS, etc

Expensive as heck i'm sure, but considering it looks like it could replace your laptop, maybe not too far out there.
 
I agree. I used to hate M$ until Windows 2000 came out. Pretty much the only gripe I had about them was they kept releasing unstable operating systems. Once they fixed that I have had no problems with them.

yea...windows ME made me want to cry, but win2k was solid as a rock...i remember in college without rebooting for months 🙂

 
i still like win2k over winxppro for a lot of things.

plus for my clients with win2k server and terminal services, win2k pro is really the only OS of choice.
 
To market my computer skills, I'm going to have to get more microsoft knowledge under my belt. No one wants to hire a Linux/Novell Administrator these days.
 
They have the resources to hire some of the best talents in the world. Of course, they're bound to create some quality products.

BTW, I like both XP and OSX.
 
well win 2k was pretty good, but XP is so full of holes, it could be mistaken for swiss cheese! (yeah i know. no need to tell me that that was a bad similie. 😉 ) my gramp had win ME on his old computer and it would make me cry because of how much the OS sucked. it would need to be rebooted several times a day and constantly crashed. win 2k on the other hand, they finally got it right. And Windows Vista has been described as a Mac OS X skin for XP. its such a copy. anyway, i hate microsoft for thier business practices. in all their history, they have released one succesful OS and several other games and hardware. but they suck. GO Linux and Go Apple!
