What should I do to lose all of this fat.

I'm 5'4 and weight 600 pounds...

Exercise (you won't lose it without it, but start slowly and build your strength and stamina up. it's gonna take time, but you'll feel tons better.

Yeah well, I weighed my ASS alone(just SLAPPED it up thar on that scale...well, I admit all I had to do was open up my pants and it fell on the floor, but still...) and it weighed at LEAST 250 pounds!
