In this tech article it describes many things the company is doing to improve technology.

One of the things...is the Aviation Weather Website (AWWS)...and this is an actual objective, published in June 2006:

Add the ability to navigate back without using the browser "back" button; (2007)

Yes. 2007 means when they expect to roll out such a feature.

Or...

Add a looping capability for radar imagery

Note the lack of timeline estimate for such a feature...
