IM program for my work

Im looking for an IM program for my work, need to be easy to setup and configure for new people, need some way of adding new users to everyone or some form of central management. Any ideas?

if you have a extra server that running a 64bit edition of server 2003 R2, Server 2008, or Server 2008 R2. Check out Microsoft Office Communication Server R2 and it client office communitator 2007 R2. The office communication server comes in both standard and enterprise editions. When i was fooling around with it on my home network, I did the standard edition install since it a little bit easier to install and configure compare to the enterprise edition install which is more indepth and complex to install and configure correctly.
