For all you guys wanting to find a woman, consider a career in the Human Services field. The job I just started, there are about 25 people working there, and four guys. Or be an IT guy there anyhow.

The big downside ($$$), There is a large turnover because of this, but that just means more to choose from.

So what do you people in the "human services" field do, besides, er, service humans?

is that the new term for HR? I thought they were "human capital management" now.
