I'm ordering a Tosheba 12x dvd drive and it says it's a bare oem drive. Does this mean theres no mounting bracket?

I don't know much about drives. Don't they come with a metal mounting bracket? If its says it's oem or bare does this mean that there is no bracket or anything. What would come with the retail version that I wouldn't be getting?

Bare oem drive means no fancy schmancy box, manuals, digital or analog cables, drivers (not like you need them anyway). It doesn't mean it doesn't have a metal casing on it if thats what you're asking. And about this metal mounting bracket - all CD/DVD drives fit flush/perfectly into a 5 1/4" bay, not sure why you would need a metal mounting bracket.
