im one pissed off tech support

i work for an E-learning company and I have 24/7 shift rotations...in other words the schedule determines our life for that month...(im sure other tech supports understand where im coming from)

Most of the time i have to work weekends and every month I have to work atleast a week of night shifts (11pm-7am)

My director is usually in charge of the scheduling but he left for a one month vacation 2 weeks ago.

I was assuming that the scheudling will be given to my supervisor or another director but when I came in a few days ago I found out they let another tech support do it.

That just really pisses me off.

How can you let one tech support determine another's schedule??!??!

that is so fukin BS...
 
maybe you should start giving bad tech support. hrm let me think, yes sir, that device is a cup holder, those small records fit into that other slot. something along that line should get the point by that your overworked.
