One of the connections is named "keisha" I was able to get into her cisco router by using admin/admin. There isnt really that much there that I want to mess around with.

Is there a way to see what kind of files she has (maybe nude pictures of herself) ;)

You're on the LAN, hack her system. :p

And if you get any nudes, post 'em. :D

I'd laugh if you "somehow" ended up with a couple GB of unwanted, disturbing photographs and videos.

DaVortex, stop asking me how to hack their sh!t....I told you privately, and am tellign you now publically, it is wrong: you are giving everyone else a bad name for doing it, and it is compeltely mean-spirited.

What inlinefour did was wrong, but we are simply laughing ebcause it is so fvkign wrong:p.....doesn;t mean it was right.

I once found 40-60GB of the most foul porn imaginable ( I am a mean, a viral one at that, so when I say "foul porn" I mean UNATURAL SH!T) on a 12-14year olds pcs iirc...I forgot how old she was ....

anywas, it probably fvked up her entire life thanks to some losers that that put that sh!t on her pc and hacked the sh!t out of it....leaving her to find it and "see what it was" :|

she was probably younger than that when it happened..I don't remember....

munch on that:|

But how do you figure what MAC address to spoof?

Sniff the traffic, grab a MAC address out of the air.

then what to do for the most security possible?

Most security possible, or most security "practical"? :)

Use WPA-PSK, get a good random passphrase/password (Assortment of your favourite foods/people/places, interspliced with upper & lowercase, numbers, and special characters) and that's all you need for the time being.

Eg: "SecretPassword" is a bad passphrase. "M4Hist3huB@rl33t$@u$3&PwNzn00bZl1k3RichUK!" is a good one. :D

If you want to get a little more hardcore, you can enable WPA with a RADIUS server (assuming your router supports it.)

I actually want to keep using my neighbors, they have 7/1mbit so I like to cash in on that :)

I'm keeping on the D/L :D

Also, one often overlooked item is disable broadcasting your SSID

Well it turns out its very easy to actually find a SSID anyway, just need a certain program to snap it out of the air. It does make it more difficult to find, but no impossible. In addition, its been proven this can actually slow down the WAP somewhat since theres more traffic required to maintain the connection.
