I'm on a cleaning frenzy!!!

I'm supposed to be studying for an exam on thursday, and a preparing for a 1500 word assignment on the same day, but instead i decided to spen an hour cleaning out the kitchen. I live in halls of residence (for university/college) and you can imagine what a mess it was. I basically put everything into cupbaords, and mopped the floors. What a job!

Does anybody else do something else when you have something to study for? I thought i would only do this at home, but I also do this when living away from home (my first year away from home). It's a sad thought, i know...but

Yes, it's a common thing. You feel obligated to do your school work, but since it sucks... you go ahead and clean because you think it will make you feel better than just playing an xbox game or something.
