I'm officially going off caffeine today.

i switched from Diet Coke (about 4 liters / day) to Diet Sprite.

it will be interesting to see if there are any kind of withdrawal symptoms, weight loss or anything like that.

mb not enough caffeine in the diet coke to make a difference.

Good luck with that. I wouldn't be able to make it through the day without caffeine giving me a little boost.

if you consume large amounts of caffeine everyday, i'd cut down the caffeine slowly instead of quitting cold turkey.

caffeine-less headaches aren't worth it 🙁

we have a $6000.00 water distilling system at the home, and when i'm home i drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day. when i'm on the road tho, i tend to buy diet coke from drivethru's.

i bought myself a couple of frig packs of diet sprite and they are in the car. i'll try only drinking those for a while.

uhhh...coke has very little coffeine as is. I thought you stopped drinking coffee or something...

4liters of pop is fvcking sick though, are you overweight by any chance?

after reading that one caffeine thread, i to am trying to cutdown my caffeine intake.

im trying to keep it at one coffee per day, instead of one coffee and 3 cokes.

Yeah you would...

actually, i started yesterday and i got thru the day.

let's see how i feel at the end of the week.

Good luck. I know I drink waaaaayy to much pop. I currently have 4 empty cans on my desk at work and I'm sure several on my desk at home.

i'll have a couple extra mt dew today to make up the difference

good luck on that, i hear herion helps take the edge off

Any sort of pop/soda in large quantities is disgusting ... there is nothing remotely natural in any of them. Diet drinks are no better, they just include more chemicals in place of sugar. Can anyone argue that after cigarette makers, pop/soda makers have had the best of all worlds when it comes to marketing??

Myself, I don't drink coffee (don't like it), and have completely cut sugary drinks out of the diet (with the possible exclusion of the occasional juice).
