Well, I got the bid for a HUD foreclosed home today and took care of the paper work. It's already taken off of realtor.com website(looking for a link to give here). It's currently appraised for 85,000 and I got it fro 63,500. It needs about 6000 in work and cleaning but with that the bank thinks it'll go for 90000 easily after being fixed up. 🙂 Well just thought i'd share the good news.

Congrats! I just sent back papers for free refinancing today (5.875%), after getting my first mortgage only 7 months ago (6.125%). What a byatch it all is, but it's a nice feeling to own your first home.
