I'm obsessed with maplestory.

It all started when one of my best friends gf started playing this MMPORG called MapleStory. pretty soon he got hooked, then another friend then another... you get the point. Currently I count.. 9 20-somethings hooked on a game witha n average age of 14 (guessing).

Sigh.. atleast its not WoW where i'm paying a monthly service.

my 16 yr old brother played that for weeks and weeks.

After making him realize what a pointless waste of time it was, (spending hours for 'experience' so you can see few more frames of new spell animation?) he quit.

too bad he took up other games.

Yeah that pretty much sums up every MMPORG out there. Although one thing I will say is that it lets all of myfriends do soemthing together without tryingt plan something out and getting everyone to meet up

Yeah, I suffered from withdrawal symptoms after quitting WoW. Don't think I'm going back, ever. Now I try to stick away from MMPORGs as a whole.
