I'm at work and i don't what's going on with me. I feel dizzy and lightheaded, i haven't taken any pills and i don't have a cold.

What could it be?

edit: do you think i should take something like advil or tylenol?

I work an hour away, can't take a chance at that right now.

I seem to be ok for a while and then i feel a rush around my head and i feel dizzy and then it goes away.
