People are curious to know if their CDRW has burnproof or not, and I hear a lot about it. What is it?

It's a feature that stop the burning process if it runs low on bufferstorage(if it does when your burning your cd will be bad) and when the buffer is full again it restart the burningprocess, so your cd becomes a good one instead of a coaster(bad) With this feature U can play games while u burn a cd (for example)

It's a drive that features a protective coating so that it resists damage in case of your house catching on fire. This is useful because when people burn cds, a lot of sparks shoot around and things around it catch on fire. With burnproof, you know that your CD (with all that important data) will be safe even if there is a fire. Good looking out.

I don't get why they chose "Burn-Proof" as the name. I mean I understand that it stands for Buffer UnderRuN-Proof, but it's just ironic that you're trying to burn a CD, and your drive is Burn-Proof, and that's supposed to be a good thing. I bet it made sense in Japanese...
