Looks like there may be a little soap still in the boiling water, there are some soap looking bubbles on the top of water. Very few but some.

Is it still OK?

If there was even enough soap in there to be concerned with the damn thing would have bubbled all over the stove to no end. It's of no concern and quite normal.
