I'm making a list of stuff for college, what're some things I wouldn't think of?

I'm going to Tulane down in Lousianna. Besides the obvious like a bunch of different types of clothes (shorts, lots of shorts... and then a decent amount of cool weather stuff too) and my computer and stereo what are some things that I would overlook? I'm going shopping for stuff later this week.

Tape, storage things, a bulletin board or dry erase board, health things like pain killer, any cleaning supplies, at least one set of a plate/bowl/fork/knife/spoon, note cards, phone cards, a clock, highlighters, um, that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Dishes... good idea. I don't travel without an assortment of meds for the stuff you expect to run into. And yes, i'm familiar with pepto, it's saved me on multiple occasions... First aid kit would come in handy too. I have a tendency of taking bits and pieces out of my hands when I'm working on stuff.

Actually, I hate to tell you this but I don't drink and I'm not starting. Soooooooo those things are pretty unnecessary.

Iron - Press your shirts for dates, make grilled cheese without a stove
Crock pot - Throw everything in there, cook for 12 hours.
Coffee Pot with 2 pots: One for ramen, one for coffee. wouldn't want your coffee tasting like ramen or vice versa.
figure out who's bringing what, etc. Like someone brings a fridge while you bring lamps, or something. Don't colleges have a list for this sh1t by now?

your bong......I mean tooth brush, ducttape, DVD player...clothes hamper... just your basic stuff. I am trying to decide the same thing too man. I am having one hell of a time finding the things I need really.

-Ear plugs (never know when it'll be noisy and you need sleep)
-pizza coupons
-garbage bags
-microwave popcorn
-laundry detergent (and quarters!!!)
-shot glass
-umbrella
-tools (screw drivers, scissors, etc.)
-tape and/or sticky tack for posters
-posters
-condoms (though you can usually get hordes of these for free on any college campus)
-flip flops/sandals (for goin to the showers)
-Flashlight
-Camera
-Surge protector & extension cords
-alarm clock

and much more...there's something to get ya started though
