You're lucky, its a whole 2 degrees here with the wind chill below -20F. Tomorrow's high is supposed to be -2F.

Well, traffic sucks and the air is very dry at times and homes are expensive. But, I work 12 miles from home and have a 20 minute commute and I bought my home before housing prices went freaking crazy so it's all good! 😀
 
currently 73 here, high of 77 expected. Supposed to be in the upper 70s until at least next wednesday. 😀
