Im losing files on my raid stripe!! theyre showing as only 64k???

hey all,
I have two maxtor 15 g, ata100 7200rpm HDD's on my Iwill kk266-r, running raid0 with a 32k stripe. i set it all up like ive done beofre but it seems im losing data! many of my movie files are now only 64k! instead of being 500 meg avis! i lost a bucket load of music already. im in the process of backing everything up but im just curious about what could possibly be causing this?
