I'm looking to add another 2gb of RAM to my system

I currently have a 2x1Gb Corsair DDR2-677 kit running at DDR2-800. I'm looking at getting a pair of OCZ modules as seen here used from one of my friends. I'm running an FSB of 400 on my comp right now, ratio 1:1, with 4-4-4-12 timings at 1.9v.

So I'm wondering if the OCZ modules will run at 4-4-4-12 1.9v, or if my Corsair XMS2 set will run at 2.1v, or maybe put the voltage right in the middle at 2.0v?

Mixing up RAM is an inherently bad idea. But if you are going to atleast try to match up the chips(ie all d9's, promos, whatever) That way you can run them at similar voltages and timings. They could both be d9's it is just calling for the lower voltage because of the lower speed, but if they are d9's they can handle the 2.1V no problem.

I'm pretty sure that the chips on my current ram are indeed d9. They are advertised to have 4-4-4-12@266MHz and 5-5-5-15@333, and I'm running them at 4-4-4-12@400 on stock voltage.

I think I may skip it and just look for another pair of the ram I have now. I'm not sure that having the additional ram would be what I need right now, so I might just put the money into a video card or something. Thanks for the help.

edit: although, now that I think about it, I've seen Crysis eat up well over a gig of ram, and vista uses a good bit too. Right now I'm running XP, but when I get a new video card I'm switching to Vista. Do you think the extra 2gb would be beneficial, or just sit there unused?
