Does anyone have a setup in their apartment? What would you recommend? ( I don't really take any sort of classes, it just seems fun and good for exercise ).

This seems decent, but if I could I'd want to go with a heavy bag.. not even sure if it's possible to setup in an apartment.

I'm pretty happy with the Everlast I have hanging in my basement, a basic black 100 pounder. The only problem I had with it was the chain was too long for where I wanted to hang it, so I had to cut off a number of links. For an apartment you might have to stick with a speedbag, but I could be wrong as I have no idea what the dimensions are and if you have suitable structure to hang weight from. How are the walls in your complex? Speedbag training can get loud and crank out a fair amount of vibration, so be wary of sensitive neighbors. All the apartments I've ever lived in rated pretty low on the insulation and sturdiness factor as far as walls go. Had a room mate send his little brother clear through a wall once, and they weren't even really going at it.
