I'm looking for a torrent downloader...help please!

What's the best torrent downloader for windows that's spyware/malware free? I'm wanting to get the new version of Project Reality that officially releases tomorrow (by code) and want to get the software preloaded today if possible.

What's the best torrent program these days? I found a matrix showing which versions were slapped with malware/spyware/adware on wikipedia, but can't reach some of the versions listed (possibly a network firewall issue here at work). Thanks.
