im looking for a led panel for volts

anyone know where i can find one that can run on 12v or even 5v and display voltage from 0 to 6 volts or so.
need to be able to have the ground as the same source as its reading.

Note that these are generice meters - they go from 0 - 0.2 V.

You just need to add resistors to adjust the range.
